Data Scientist

We are seeking a hands-on Data Scientist to strengthen analytics pipelines for planning, forecasting, and inventory optimization across the supply chain.
This role bridges data science modeling and analytics operations, ensuring work flows smoothly from exploration to deployment in Databricks and GitHub.
You will build reproducible workflows, apply feature engineering techniques, and translate prototypes into parameterized, reusable code for weekly or monthly production runs.
Develop and evaluate models for short-term forecasting, attach rate tracking, and inventory buffer analysis, linking outputs to forecast accuracy and service levels.
Collaborate with planners, data engineers, and business teams to convert exceptions and backlog into data features and automated analytics logic.
Demonstrate strong communication and problem-solving skills, maintain reproducibility and documentation, and help scale model-driven solutions.
