Senior Software AI Engineer - Temporary Project

Line 1: We are seeking a Software Engineer to join an AI-powered customer experience platform prototype focused on integrating advanced LLM-based interactions with live logistics data. Line 2: The project employs Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to deliver natural, contextual responses. Line 3: You will design, build, and maintain backend microservices and APIs and connect with cloud-based services such as API Gateway, Lambda, Step Functions, and DynamoDB. Line 4: Responsibilities include building connectors to logistics partners, normalizing tracking events, and designing event-driven workflows for proactive delivery notifications. Line 5: You will apply prompt-engineering best practices, schema validation, and guardrails to ensure safe, factual LLM outputs, collaborating with AI/NLP specialists. Line 6: You will implement observability to monitor latency, cost, and model quality while working in multilingual teams.
