Operations Manager – EMC & Wireless Testing

An Operations Manager is required to oversee daily functions related to EMC, Wireless, and Radio testing at a Hampshire site. The role involves coordinating multidisciplinary teams, developing operational strategies, managing budgets, and ensuring effective resource utilisation. The successful candidate will lead and mentor technical staff, fostering continuous improvement and high performance, while maintaining strong relationships with internal partners. They will be responsible for developing and implementing performance KPIs, financial targets, and supporting customer interactions aligned with organisational goals. The position requires a minimum of five years' leadership experience in technical or engineering environments, with a degree in engineering, physics, or similar. Strong analytical, communication, and strategic planning skills are essential, along with familiarity with Lean methodologies and structured problem-solving.
