Support full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate communications.
Assist with onboarding and new hire documentation, orientation, and offboarding processes.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems, ensuring data integrity and compliant documentation.
Provide day-to-day HR support for policies, benefits questions, attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll inputs.
Coordinate benefits administration, enrollments, changes, terminations, and vendor communications as needed.
Prepare HR MIS reports, maintain Excel-based trackers, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
