Group IT Manager

The IT Manager oversees daily IT operations across multiple sites and the support centre, ensuring reliable system performance and project delivery. They manage service desk activities, incidents, and SLAs, while maintaining business continuity through backup and recovery plans. The role involves leading IT build-outs, system upgrades, and automation initiatives in line with the strategy set by the Fractional CTO. Building strong relationships with suppliers, MSPs, and internal teams is essential for effective service management. They ensure cyber controls and compliance with UK GDPR, PCI DSS, and Cyber Essentials are maintained actively. The position demands experience in hospitality or retail IT environments, technical proficiency with Microsoft 365, Azure, EPOS, WiFi, and payment systems.
