Pre-construction Manager

The role of Pre-construction Manager involves overseeing the entire pre-construction process for commercial fit out projects, managing multiple tenders from initial enquiry to contract award, and preparing accurate estimates based on drawings and specifications. The candidate will work closely with clients, consultants, and subcontractors, attend meetings, and develop project programmes and strategies. They will conduct value engineering, review technical queries, and ensure competitive tender submissions while identifying project risks and opportunities. Strong communication, negotiation skills, and comprehensive industry knowledge are essential for this role. The position requires full UK driving licensure and experience with Design & Build and large-scale projects, mainly in a nationwide context.
