Lead engaging group fitness classes for a diverse member base in a safe, motivational environment.
Instruct a variety of workouts, demonstrate proper form, and adapt for all fitness levels.
Maintain training rooms, equipment, and class area cleanliness; follow all club policies and procedures.
Keep current with mandatory certifications (CPR/AED, national aerobic certification such as AFAA, ACE, or NASM) and complete required sign-in/out procedures.
Build supportive rapport with members, promote additional classes and personal training when appropriate, and maintain a high level of energy.
Attend all required club/team meetings and execute other duties as assigned to support the fitness team.
