AI Engineer

An AI Engineer within Kainos’ Workday division supports the deployment of AI and machine learning solutions, working closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to enhance Workday offerings such as Smart Test and Pay Transparency Analyzer. The role involves writing maintainable code in Python or similar languages, deploying AI models, and developing MLOps skills including CI/CD and model versioning. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, along with containerisation and orchestration tools, is beneficial. The engineer will have opportunities to work on data pipelines and participate in agile team practices, requiring strong collaboration and communication skills.
