Key Account Relationship Manager – Belfast

The Key Account Relationship Manager is responsible for nurturing and developing relationships with major customers, supporting overall client engagement and retention. They will implement strategic account plans that promote customer growth and revenue, acting as the primary contact for over 200 clients. The role involves recognising customer needs, enhancing loyalty through product knowledge, and adapting communication strategies accordingly. They will collaborate with various teams to align with corporate objectives and support additional portfolios when necessary. The position requires excellent communication, strategic planning, and negotiation skills, alongside proficiency in Microsoft Office and a full Irish or UK driving licence. This fixed-term maternity cover is based in Belfast, working from Monday to Friday.
