Applied Data Scientist - London, UK - FTC

This fixed-term Applied Data Scientist role focuses on translating ambiguous business problems into actionable, data-driven analyses that influence strategy in research planning and People & Culture.
Collaborate with program managers, engineers, and leadership to frame key questions and deliver end-to-end analyses using SQL, Python, and statistical methods.
Uncover insights on efficiency, usage patterns, research impact, and investments, and translate them into clear narratives and actionable recommendations.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide ongoing visibility and enable self-service analytics for diverse stakeholders.
You'll require 3+ years of experience, advanced SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and applied statistics, plus experience with data visualization tools and ELT tooling (dbt, dagster).
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to manage multiple analytical projects in a fast-paced environment are essential.
