This role focuses on LATAM competitive and market dynamics, acting as the primary source of strategic insights for Americas sales, marketing, and senior leadership.
Based in Mexico, you will collect market intelligence from public information and third-party sources, including competitors, customers, and industry data.
Develop processes to monitor the external environment and deliver timely insights through periodic briefs and a centralized intelligence repository.
Leverage quantitative and qualitative data to create ad hoc and periodic reports and executive-ready presentations.
Evaluate primary and secondary market research to inform strategic planning and build compelling offerings for targeted LATAM markets.
Collaborate with HQ and LATAM product, commercial, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment on priorities and cross-border initiatives.
