Senior Machine Learning Engineer - Agents data

Own and scale data foundations for multimodal agent research, including collection, curation, preprocessing, QA, and delivery into training pipelines.
Design and build robust data pipelines across text, image, and multimodal sources with versioning and efficiency in mind.
Develop tooling for dataset construction, including human annotation workflows, synthetic data generation, and RLHF/DPO-style data collection.
Ensure data quality, monitor drift, establish standards for trustworthy datasets, and create evaluation benchmarks in collaboration with researchers.
Profile and optimize data loading and ML training workflows, implement tests, and promote engineering best practices to sustain research velocity.
Collaborate with researchers to translate requirements into concrete data specs, write thorough dataset documentation, and communicate tradeoffs clearly.
