Forward Deployed Data Scientist

You will partner with AI Decisioning customers and engineering teams to ensure AI-driven marketing campaigns deliver measurable, compounding impact.
You will diagnose model behavior, tune ML levers, analyze incrementality, explore customer data, and explain insights to marketers and executives.
You will explain why AI Decisioning lifts using counterfactuals, incrementality breakdowns, and cohort analyses; identify opportunities for uplift.
You will investigate experiment setups (send volumes, reachability, channel constraints) and surface actionable recommendations.
You will work with data in notebooks and warehouses: pull historical data for exploratory analyses; refine customer feature matrices for deep personalization; perform deeper SQL analyses when insights aren’t available in the UI.
You will build lightweight tooling and templates to scale analysis and ML reporting; present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate with Solutions Consultants to drive new opportunities.
