An investment banking associate role in Southampton involves supporting and leading M&A and financing transactions within the TMT sectors. The position requires conducting detailed financial analysis, valuation, and modelling using tools such as DCF and LBO. Candidates will prepare pitch books and client presentations while engaging with clients and investors throughout deal processes. The role also involves sector research, competitive analysis, and mentoring junior staff. Successful applicants will have around three years of relevant experience, strong financial skills, and a proactive attitude.
