Machine Learning Specialist

As a Machine Learning Specialist, you will design and deploy scalable predictive models using structured and unstructured data to support investment decisions.
You will build models for portfolio optimization, recommendations, propensity scoring, lead scoring, time series forecasting, and risk assessment using classical statistics, ML, and modern deep learning approaches.
You will write modular, production-grade code for model development, data pipelines, and deployment, and prototype demos to gather stakeholder feedback.
You will create scalable systems to evaluate, calibrate, and evolve models in response to changing market conditions.
You will rigorously test models with end-to-end and unit tests, ensure data readiness, and deploy/monitor models in cloud environments with A/B testing.
You will stay at the forefront of AI by researching and applying the latest techniques, including transformers, diffusion models, and LoRA fine-tuning.
