Product Policy - Data Scientist

Lead end-to-end research projects across multiple product teams, from scoping and study design through recruitment, fieldwork, analysis, and reporting.
Design and execute high-quality qualitative and quantitative studies across all stages of product development, including foundational research, concept testing, prototyping, and usability testing.
Translate complex findings into clear, actionable insights that inform product strategy and design direction.
Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders to drive cross-functional alignment.
Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to identify opportunities, prioritize research, and improve product decisions and user experience.
Balance rigor with speed by adapting methods to timelines while maintaining high data quality and validity.
