Architect and own the Global Seasonal Engine for B2B merchants, delivering a repeatable framework for seasonal moments such as Lunar New Year, Black Friday, and Game Day.
Design high-converting lifecycle journeys that move merchants from storefront optimization to active investment in merchant-funded offers and ads.
Orchestrate cross-channel campaigns across email, in-app, and SMS with a seamless and respectful user experience.
Partner with Product, PMM, and Data Science to build tooling that enables hyper-personalized, always-on seasonal content at scale.
Lead a rigorous test-and-learn program, designing experiments from creative nuances to behavioral triggers and documenting learnings for the ELT.
Ensure flawless campaign execution by managing campaign pipelines with engineering and deployment teams to deliver globally relevant campaigns.
