The Health Research Authority seeks a qualified Senior Business Analyst to oversee the entire business analysis lifecycle on large digital programmes. They will operate in Scrum or SAFe settings to gather, document and validate business requirements, converting these into user stories and acceptance criteria. The analyst will collaborate with both business and technical teams to design effective solutions, ensure that processes are accurately mapped, and define models aligning with strategic aims. They will act as a communication bridge among stakeholders, translating complex needs into clear technical specifications. The role demands strong analytical skills, stakeholder engagement, and familiarity with agile frameworks and digital health initiatives.
