Provide administrative HR support in a distribution center, focusing on accurate records and efficient processes.
Assist with recruiting, onboarding, new hire orientation, and scheduling of candidate activities.
Maintain personnel files, training records, badges, and onboarding documentation to ensure compliance.
Enter HR system data, support Kronos timekeeping and payroll processes, and assist with reporting.
Track attendance, support retention efforts, and back up the GM Administrative Assistant as needed.
Collaborate with managers and associates across shifts to deliver responsive HR service.
