Associate Applied AI Engineer (DACH) - Orbit Program

As an Associate Applied AI Engineer in the Orbit Program, you will join the Global Value Engineering CoE to tackle customer challenges at the intersection of AI and business process optimization.
You will collaborate with sales and clients to uncover core issues and frame how AI-enabled Process Intelligence can drive strategic objectives.
You will prototype AI solutions—ranging from traditional ML to LLM-based approaches and orchestration—to deliver proof-of-concept projects and quantify business value.
You will present results to senior executives to support investment decisions and drive change management for value realization.
You will build reusable collateral and work with Product and Engineering teams to influence AI innovations while expanding your technical and business skill set.
The role requires travel in the DACH region and onboarding with a structured development program, including mentorship, training, and clear growth paths.
