The Laborer I assists skilled tradespeople and supports concrete construction operations on site.
Responsibilities include site clean-up, material handling, and operating basic tools and equipment.
Contributes to pouring vertical concrete, installing reshores per instructions, and supporting foundations, slabs, walls, and curbs.
Must be physically capable, including lifting up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 90 pounds with assistance, plus frequent walking, bending, kneeling, and climbing.
Work occurs in varying weather conditions with exposure to noise and dust; safety and teamwork are essential.
