This Industrial Engineer Staff role supports the F-35 Component Final Finish (CFF) area by delivering functional IE solutions across shop floor and above-floor operations.
You will analyze production plans, develop scheduling and capacity strategies, and monitor production health metrics to drive performance.
Lead or participate in continuous improvement initiatives using automation, data analytics, and a variety of software tools.
Collaborate with Industrial Engineering, Production Management, and Production Support to optimize processes and resource utilization.
Apply Lean/Six Sigma methods and leverage SAP, SQL, R, Python, Tableau, and other analytics tools to inform decisions.
Opportunities may include project management duties and coordinating cross-functional efforts to achieve goals.
