Senior Fullstack Developer

A fast-growing fintech company is hiring a Fullstack Developer(AI) to help build the next generation of intelligent, personalised financial platforms. This role blends modern front-end engineering with AI-powered workflows, automation, and human-centred design to deliver seamless digital experiences for users across global markets. You will join a lean, high-impact product and engineering team where autonomy, creativity, and rapid iteration are core to how we work. You will collaborate with design, backend, and data teams to deliver adaptive, scalable web experiences and optimise personalisation and tracking systems while ensuring accessibility, privacy, and security compliance. Your role involves scouting and implementing AI-driven tools to enhance workflows and user experience, maintaining performant front-end foundations using React, TypeScript/JavaScript, CSS, and AWS Amplify, and working with headless CMS platforms for content delivery. You will also break down complex projects into agile deliverables and contribute to technical documentation, requiring strong front-end skills, experience with AI development tools, and cloud platform knowledge.
