Photographic Festival Project Coordinator

A Belfast-based photographic festival is seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to assist with project development and delivery alongside the festival director. The role involves coordinating artists, partners, venues, and exhibitions, as well as supporting outreach with schools and local organisations. The successful candidate will also oversee key aspects of the open submission process, including partnerships, judging, and image logistics. Collaboration with the design and digital teams will be essential to document and communicate festival activities through photography and interviews. This hands-on position offers significant responsibility, creative input, and the chance to shape the future of the festival. The role is based mainly in the Ormeau Avenue studio, with flexible and hybrid working options available.
