Manage and maintain client insurance programs as the primary liaison between clients and producers, ensuring accurate documentation and timely service.
Lead new business placement and cross-sell opportunities to sustain and enhance client coverage.
Prepare renewal materials, Acord applications, and binders; price policies using carrier sites and rating tools.
Oversee billing activities, AR, and premium payments; resolve accounting discrepancies and ensure policy delivery.
Coordinate client meetings (renewals, mid-year reviews, claims discussions), mentor teammates, and negotiate with carriers on terms and cost.
Maintain knowledge of policy forms and endorsements, identify coverage gaps, and stay current on carrier plans while meeting client needs.
