Lead the design and implementation of robust cyber governance structures and risk management processes.
Develop organisational models that strengthen governance and streamline cybersecurity operations.
Embed cybersecurity into governance frameworks through collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams across people, process, and technology.
Define workforce structures and SQEP requirements to support steady-state operations while ensuring regulatory compliance (NCSC, ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls).
Define and monitor metrics to measure governance effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
Lead governance initiatives in defence and national security contexts, mentoring staff and aligning with executives and external partners.
