Administer employee benefits, manage HR systems, and support employee relations.
Manage benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
Support employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding.
Implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook content.
Maintain HR systems, including Paylocity, and ensure data integrity.
Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
Lead projects and initiatives, promote a positive workplace culture.
Bachelor's degree in HR or business administration required.
5+ years of progressive HR experience, with benefits administration responsibility.
HR certification preferred.
Strong knowledge of employee benefits, HR compliance, and project management.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
