Lead and promote process improvement initiatives within the supply chain to reduce quality losses and deviations.
Lead the application of 5S, root cause analysis, Six Sigma, and time-and-motion studies to eliminate waste and drive savings.
Develop area quality loss profiles and KPI dashboards, and create standard work to minimize process variation.
Coordinate with managers and key stakeholders to deploy quality programs, sustain improvements, and build associate capability.
Drive top-quality loss projects, manage project execution, and promote replication of successful solutions.
Promote ethics, integrity, inclusion, and continuous learning while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
