C++ Machine Learning Engineer, Models Training

Extend and optimize the ML training framework with new ops, layers, and training features.
Write high-performance C++ code focused on tensors, memory layout, and compiler graphs.
Debug and tune model performance on the accelerator and collaborate with the compiler and kernel teams to ensure correct compilation and execution.
Support integration of real-world models and help bring them into production.
Leverage PyTorch knowledge to bridge training workloads to hardware and translate workloads into efficient low-level operations.
This role is hybrid and based in Poland (Warsaw or Gdansk) with partial remote options and case-by-case consideration for remote candidates.
