Injection Molding Process Technician

You will inspect production performance and strive for over 95% yield on injection molding lines. You will operate, monitor, and adjust injection molding machines and settings to ensure quality parts. You will perform rapid tool changes (RTC) and complete mold cleaning, shutdown, and restart procedures. You will troubleshoot and repair equipment issues, document changes, and coordinate with quality and production control teams. You will write and process maintenance work orders and train/mentor less experienced teammates. You will maintain a safe, organized work area and contribute to continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.
