Act as a trusted advisor on GenAI and Agentic AI, translating complex capabilities into clear business value and ROI.
Lead technical discovery, demonstrations, proofs of concept, and solution design, including model selection, fine-tuning, and deployment.
Develop and manage a healthy pipeline, create account plans, and maintain accurate forecasts using CRM tools.
Collaborate with customers to identify high-impact AI use cases aligned to business priorities and strategic objectives.
Build relationships with decision-makers and executives, and deliver workshops, enablement sessions, and governance guidance on responsible AI and compliance.
Share customer insights with product teams to inform direction, and enable scalable AI adoption that drives long-term growth across ANZ.
