Seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to accelerate AI adoption by delivering scalable, secure backend solutions.
Own end-to-end prototypes from ideation through productionization for AI automation workflows.
Implement GenAI capabilities (LLMs, agents, copilots) using Python and Golang in production-grade services.
Collaborate with Security, Legal, and Compliance to uphold governance, privacy, and ethics.
Define success metrics, track ROI, and mentor teammates on design principles and AI tooling.
Work within AI Growth Pods to prototype, validate, and scale high-impact automation across the organization.
