Lead strategic HR for a manufacturing facility in a unionized environment, owning the full scope of HR functions.
Build and consult with operations leadership to drive cultural change and production objectives through HR.
Maintain floor presence to identify employee concerns and apply PDCA and Gemba principles to prevent escalations.
Partner with leadership on standardized recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning to ensure equity and effectiveness.
Coach leaders on communication, visibility, and consistent leadership practices to enable timely dialogue.
Implement lean HR practices, recognition, and development initiatives to foster an inclusive, high-performing culture while ensuring compliance with collective bargaining agreements and investigations.
