We are seeking a Staff Applied Scientist to advance AI/ML R&D within the Data Intelligence Center of Excellence.
Lead end-to-end GenAI initiatives, including model selection, training, fine-tuning, explainability, and evaluation.
Develop scalable ML algorithms and production-ready deployments, with a focus on personalization and innovative AI features.
Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and researchers, lead design reviews, and mentor junior scientists.
Drive experimentation, reproducibility, monitoring, and lifecycle management to ensure models are reliable at scale.
Requires 8+ years of relevant experience, strong Python and DL framework skills (TensorFlow, PyTorch, MXNet), and a track record in NLP, information retrieval, or related fields.
