Lead and mentor a team of Electrical Product Engineers (hardware and firmware) in day-to-day new product development.
Provide technical direction, participate in design reviews, troubleshoot issues, and support testing with a hands-on approach.
Manage project timelines, technical specs, resources, and deliverables while communicating risks and progress to stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Product Development, and other functions to resolve technical challenges and drive product improvements.
Champion continuous improvement in engineering workflows and lab operations; stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Conduct regular performance conversations, foster ownership, innovation, and a culture of learning and accountability.
