This full-time Construction Estimator role focuses on residential concrete projects in Crown Point, IN.
Analyze project plans to estimate cost, material, and labor requirements while generating detailed plan sets.
Read and interpret blueprints, plan sets, site plans, land surveys, grades, and elevations; perform math calculations and use measuring devices.
Preferred experience includes residential cast-in-place concrete, foundations, rebar, and flatwork.
Must be organized, able to multitask, and communicate effectively with customers and team members.
Schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:45 am to 3:30 pm; salary range $50,000 - $100,000 per year with full benefits.
