Human Resources Manager – Derby

Keystone Knowledge seeks an experienced HR Manager to join its client-facing HR Advisory team. The role involves acting as a trusted HR partner for a range of education organisations, providing practical advice and managing employee-relations casework. The successful candidate will develop strong client relationships, coach managers, and deliver HR training, all while working independently and escalating complex matters appropriately. They will advise on disciplinary, grievance, attendance, and performance issues, maintaining accurate case records and supporting restructuring projects. The position requires strong HR generalist experience, particularly with schools or education trusts, excellent communication skills, and the ability to travel across the UK. A CIPD Level 5 qualification or higher and experience with safeguarding and recruitment matters are preferred.
