Part-time, entry-level position in a distribution center focusing on administrative tasks that support daily operations.
Performs administrative duties including paperwork processing, contract records, and daily route logs.
Communicates with subscribers to address complaints and informs delivery service providers of issues on their routes.
Proficient in SAP, Word, Excel, and Route Smart to support dispatch, reporting, and performance tracking.
May assist with loading/unloading newspapers and lifting heavy bundles (30–50 lbs), with weekend and overnight hours as needed.
Maintains records of routes served, dispatch times, system problems, and customer feedback; may prepare weekly route settlements.
