The Estimator will review project plans and specifications to confirm full scope for luxury residential construction in New York.
Responsibilities include risk identification, quantity surveying, and pricing in support of internal budgets.
You will solicit subcontractor and supplier pricing, prepare bidder instructions, and manage bid forms and data flow.
Prepare conceptual budgets, analyze constructability, review site logistics, and assess alternative means to reduce costs.
Maintain data on cost trends, track general conditions, schedule impacts, and communicate findings to the team.
The role requires at least 3 years of high-end residential estimating, strong math, MS Office skills, and effective teamwork under pressure.
