Financial Analyst – Reading

The finance analyst will be responsible for preparing and delivering both internal and external financial statements including profit and loss, balance sheets, and cash flow reports. They will perform ledger reconciliations, analyse variances and support budgeting and forecasting activities, whilst ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The role involves working closely with clients, providing financial insights, resolving issues, and supporting audits and process improvements. Candidates should possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Ideally, they will be part-qualified in an accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA, with some understanding of real estate accounting principles.
