Senior/Principal Machine Learning Engineer

You will design and build the core ML systems behind the next generation of AI agents.
Work within a small, senior cross-functional pod to integrate models, agent logic, and orchestration in production.
Own problem framing, data strategy, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement across the full lifecycle.
Implement and evolve frameworks for LLM-powered agents, including RAG pipelines and workflow orchestration.
Ensure solutions are scalable, observable, and enterprise-ready with a focus on reliability and explainability.
Collaborate closely with software engineers, product managers, and data scientists to deeply embed agents in the platform.
