Own method development in domains such as protein design, molecular modeling, systems biology, docking pipelines, and LLM-based workflows.
Ensure rigorous model development, benchmarking, scaling, and production-grade deployment, while managing cross-functional contributors.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship, coordinating internal and external scientists and supporting recruiting and onboarding.
Scout the AI/ML landscape and literature to propose new development strategies and identify portfolio opportunities.
Represent the team to portfolio companies and external partners, translating complex findings into actionable insights.
