Analyze plans, specifications, and scope documents to develop detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment.
Collaborate with operations and project managers during bidding to ensure data accuracy and timely bid submission.
Lead subcontractor and supplier bidding, negotiate pricing, and secure purchase orders and insurance compliance post-bid.
Identify and quantify project risks, clarify ambiguities, and develop take-offs and quantities for accurate pricing.
Orchestrate the hand-off to project management, ensuring full understanding of strategies, opportunities, and risks.
