Act as the site-based HR Business Partner, deputising for the People Manager and leading a small team of People Advisors and Assistants.
Partner with site leadership to keep colleagues the priority and equip leaders with the right tools.
Design and implement cost-effective recruitment solutions to attract top talent.
Provide guidance on absence and employee relations, including disciplinary and grievance matters, and support succession planning.
Own payroll processes, manage absence costs, and build strong relationships with unions and agency suppliers.
Lead HR-related projects, drive engagement on site, and coordinate travel to support other sites as required.
