Lead and coach three AI/ML teams focused on payments performance, risk, and analytics, shaping the strategic direction for AI adoption.
Oversee the development of a unified decisioning platform to ensure consistent ML/AI decisions across the entire payment lifecycle.
Collaborate with the ML Foundations team to deploy Foundation Models for risk, conversion, and growth opportunities in payments.
Extend analytics, observability, and risk management capabilities across the organization to deliver a high-quality performance experience around cost, revenue, and risk.
Expand Payments Analytics to empower users to identify opportunities and automate improvements across our suite of products.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders, mentor engineering managers, and drive transformational change with a product-minded, data-driven approach.
