Lead, coach, and mentor a team of technicians, setting a standard for safety, reliability, and professionalism.
Communicate clearly with customers on-site and help manage expectations to ensure satisfaction.
Execute common projects such as bathroom and kitchen upgrades, drywall repair, flooring installation, interior and exterior painting, and basic plumbing or electrical work within scope.
Maintain safety, accuracy, and consistency on every job and deliver dependable results.
Requires 7+ years of hands-on experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, full toolset, and fluent English.
