A leading UK law firm in Leeds seeks a housing management and property litigation paralegal to provide legal assistance to registered providers and private landlords. The role involves handling possession proceedings, breach of tenancy, anti-social behaviour, injunctions, disrepair claims, and leaseholder disputes, including forfeiture. Responsibilities include drafting claim forms, preparing trial bundles, liaising with courts, and supporting administrative tasks efficiently. Candidates should have a good law degree (minimum 2:2), excellent IT skills, and prior experience in a relevant role is preferred. Knowledge of Document Management Systems and experience with housing or property litigation are highly advantageous.
