Lead the integrated governance framework for a multi-provider MSP ecosystem, ensuring clear decision rights and alignment with business needs.
Chair cross-provider forums and manage weekly operational reviews, monthly service reviews, executive QBRs, and annual MSP strategy sessions.
Oversee performance, financial, and contract management, including SLAs, audits, compliance dashboards, and remediation of findings.
Proactively identify and mitigate risks, maintain an integrated risk register, and facilitate quarterly risk workshops with providers.
Drive continuous improvement through root cause analysis, action plans, and measurement of outcomes to elevate service delivery.
Coordinate step-in readiness, escalation processes, and transparent communications with executives and stakeholders.
