Robot Perception Engineer

Design, implement, and deploy perception modules used by real-world robotic systems across RGB, depth, LiDAR, and other sensors.
Own projects end-to-end—from early concept and prototyping to production deployment and field validation.
Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Product, and Leadership to define, ship, and improve perception-driven solutions.
Improve system reliability, scalability, and observability in production environments while debugging complex perception challenges.
Work with cross-functional teams to establish best practices, tooling, and workflows as the team grows.
Bring a strong sense of ownership, a passion for robotics and AI, and a hands-on approach to solving hard real-world problems.
