Lead IRIS Cascade configuration and optimization to support HR operations and reporting.
Deliver high-quality MI, KPIs, dashboards, and Power BI visualizations to inform decision-making.
Analyze HR data across absence, recruitment, turnover, learning and development, and occupational health.
Identify and implement workflow automation opportunities and a streamlined one-input data model.
Collaborate with HR colleagues and managers to elicit requirements and communicate solutions clearly.
Support system audits, data quality initiatives, and cross-team projects while enhancing overall HR system capabilities.
